Refund policy

We do not accept returns; this means that once the order has been fulfilled it is now the responsibility of the customer to take care of.

Your order is custom made at the time of fulfillment and therefore we cannot take returns due to the nature of each items production

Use the provided size guide and carefully choose your desired product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions

If an order is mistakenly purchased or no longer desires AND the customer notifies rdlnstreetware@gmail.com in a timely manner before order fulfillment the order will be cancelled and refunded as long as it has not been already fulfilled


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted If a different product is desired it will have to be fulfilled as a new order.

Refunds
We will email you if you are receiving a refund from a mistaken or undesired product cancellation. If approved and cancelled, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
